Photography Assignment

For our final assignment with Luke we had to take 4 photos that showed Harmony, Dissonance, Control and Chaos. We also had to Composite our selves into a picture a minimum of 5 times

Jimbo
Well obviously I can’t tell you why you FRIKEN IDIOT!

Wallace
Geez. Sorry. Chill out for a second man.

Jimbo
Chill out? CHILL OUT!!? How the hell can I chill out in a situation like this? I’m stuck on an island the size of a wing ding with a guy that doesn’t know how to even tie his shoes…

Wallace
That’s why I have buckles

Jimbo
And a stupid dog that… wait. Why is there a dog here?

Rex’s eyes move from side to side

Wallace
Dunno. But I think there’s something wrong with his eyes

3 hours later

Wallace
*sigh* I’m hungry

Jimbo
Well what do people do when their hungry

Wallace

Eat?

Jimbo

YES! Now go eat something

Wallace
Like what?

Jimbo
AH GOD I don’t know. That rock over there

You hear a crunch noise

Wallace
OW!

Jimbo
What?

Wallace
Nothing

Jimbo
Good now help me find a way to get off this bloody island

Wallace
What if we…

Rex
Soooo you need a way off the island. Well if you listen very carefully I can help you get off this island

Jimbo
How?

Rex
I’ve been stuck here for the past 15 years waiting for 2 guinea pigs to wash ashore so I can get away from here.

Jimbo
Well here we are. So how do we get off?

Rex
Well the first thing you need to do is eat these special pills.

Wallace
Ok

Jimbo
Wait. What do that do

Rex
Umm they will give u super strength to swim for an unimaginable distance


Jimbo
Righto then. Sounds harmless

Jimbo and Wallace both take the pills and drop to the ground

Rex
MWAHAHAHA (laughs evilly)

Rex then jumps on the dead bodies and floats off into the distance. As he movies off the credits follow him

"Somewhere over the rainbow"

Over the rainbow, to me means a magical fantasy place where anything can happen. So thats what i did. having a mystical city up in the clouds, 2 dragons fighting. i also incorporated a picture of Harold Arlen who composed the song Somewhere over the rainbow

"Better to burn out than fade away"

for this one i wanted to show the difference between burning up and fading away. Elvis is still famous even tho he is dead showing that it is better to burn out or die while your really famous rather then fade away like Billy ray Cyrus is. billy is still alive but no one really cares because he only had 1 big hit and now hes just faded out of society

"How the west was won"

I am a huge lord of the rings fan and the good guys are also known as men of the west so i decided to have a lord of the rings theme showing how the west was won by giving the men of the west a bigger army then the orcs

"The eye of the tornado"

the eye of th tornado to me means a massive story. so i based this picture in Kansas where alot of tornados occur. The eye at the top is controling the tornados blowing random things around like cows and an anvil smashing through a road sign. I made the road sign from scratch

"A stitch in time saves nine"

i didnt really know this saying ment so i took it very literal by having Stitch saving 9 from the movie Nine just in time. i had to be in the picture so i made it look like i am puting up the billboard

My cartoon is about 5 animals who travel through time via a time portal. 3 of the animals live in the zoo, the giraffe, the shark, and the bear. The duck and the cat are strays so they sneek into the zoo and sleep there. one day while barry was walking around in his enclosure he discovered that theres some sort of portal behind on of the rock in the back.. So he walks through it and instantly transports him through time.. Barry tell his friends and they go on all these wacky adventures.

Photoshop ideas

For this photo shop task we have to take a picture of our self and put it in an impossible situation that will never happen...
these are some of my ideas:
1. jump from a really high building to another
2. me in a jedi fight
3. me trapped inside a vending machine
4. me doing some cut sick wakeboard tricks
5.replace the statue of liberity with a really tall me
6. me fighting a T-Rex

for this task we had to take 5 photos of ourselves in the same small area doing different poses then add then into the the same picture. some of the ics had different light shining on me so i had to add in shadows and change the intensity so they looked liek they belonged in the same image... then we had to add in a celebrity so i added alan rickman because hes brutal

1. i like this video cause i think it is funny how the bugs go through so much effort to steal the coke.. but a very clever heist non the less

sum 41 are my favrouite band.. their canadian which is cool cause so is my mum.. the band members include Deryck Whibley - guitar and lead vocals, Jason "cone" McCaslin - bass and backing vocals, Steve "stevo 32" Jocz - Drums and backing vocals and Tom Thacker - lead guitar backing vocals and keyboard... the lead guitarist use to be Dave "brown sound" Baksh but he left and formed the band brown brigade which is more metal appose to sum 41's punk rock.... couple years ago sum 41 were playing at luna park in sydney and me and a couple of my friends wanted to go but nooooooo brian and had to do the deb the same night they were playing which was well annoying but hey its all goood.. i got like 62 of their songs.. brian has like over 100 or something like that.. now theres a devoted fan.. ooo and their working on a new album which should come out soon which is heaps mad

the roosters are the maddest S.O.B's around...

i have supported the roosters for like 10ish years now.. and somehow i think there gonna be the premiers this year :D unlike there terrible run last year.. wooden spoon?? i mean come on.. but hey aleast they got some kind of award even tho it might have been the lamest one

this is the wickedest flash game i've ever played..

i love the idea of it being a digital, virtual board game..

its clever the way they used a combination of a miniature model as the terrain and computer generated vehicles..

everything ran smoothly like there was no lag or anything which means alot of time and effort was put into it to make it work properly

the only bad thing u can say about this flash game is that the mini games are to hard... you dont get enough time to finish them..

but other then that this is a great game i very much enjoyed playing it and finishing is
